ARIA Resort In-Room Service, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Flicking through the in room menu for no reason (I think we might have been looking for wine..) I came across the Madagascan Vanilla Bean on offer from here. I couldn't help myself, I ordered it and it looked so amazing

It was much nicer than the one I had at The Meat & Wine Co in Sydney and I had definitely started to enjoy what ARIA was offering in terms of the standards of food compared to other restaurants around Vegas.

This was a fairly low sugar Creme Brulee which would be offset by the chocolate hidden in the bottom of it (lovely surprise) and the berries on the top. The custard tasted fresh and not very processed like some of the others, I honestly thought they were powdered egg but I enjoyed this one very much, again I didn't have the berries, I had them after I ate the Creme Brulee. This was our only night in the ARIA, we were here in January 2012.
