Cargo Bar & Lounge, King St Wharf, Sydney, Australia

On the way back from the Brewhouse (and my quick Baileys Creme Brulee at Nick's Bar & Grill) we were walking back to our hotel and saw the Cargo Bar & Lounge on the corner. We had gone to the Strike Bowling for some fun and were ready for dinner and decided to stop by in here.

They served a Citrus Creme Brulee and it was very tangy, while the flavour was not one I was accustomed to in a Creme Brulee it was certainly welcomed. Fresh tastes of Lemon and Lime were infused with Orange and the flavours all hit me at once, it was a very 'busy' Creme Brulee taste wise but it was most certainly one I remembered.

This one came with Candied Orange and Biscotti Biscuits, my husband ate the Candied Orange before I took the photo.

We dined here in January 2012.
