Jean Philippe Patisserie, ARIA Resort Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

We checked out of Paris Las Vegas and spent our last night in luxury at the ARIA, which was pretty much across the road.

This place was amazing, it was a very modern hotel with modern amentities, such as opening your door with a electronic sensor which would then open up your blinds automatically and turn on the lights and the tv and music... it was something out of a movie!
 
So while I was looking around I find a cute little Patisserie downstairs and what did ya know, it sold Creme Brulee!

So I bought one to enjoy back at the room, It was quite nice but one of the downers of being in a really flashy hotel is they stock the hell out of the minibar and I wasn't able to put this little beauty in the fridge and I had to go out before I was able to eat it. It had a caramel kind of syrup on the top of it with vanilla bean custard, I bought it while we were here in January 2012.
