Hi there!

Welcome to my blog, here I will be posting up pictures and reviews of the Creme Brulees I have eaten in my travels around the world.

I am based in Perth, Western Australia and the most delicious dessert of Creme Brulee is my favourite. I have dedicated this blog to my love for this amazing dessert and find the tastes of this dessert can be so varied depending on which country you are tasting it from! The creativity of the Chefs who make these wonderful desserts can be so amazing to see - as you will notice from the photos. Some restaurants were quite dark and therefore some photos may be hard to see.

I have had many many creme brulees in my life so far and unfortunately not all of them I took photos of, I only just started taking photos in the past couple of years of the various Creme Brulees served to me at restuarants around the world.

So I am only going to go through the ones I have taken photos of (with my iPhone) and note the place they were bought from. I was lucky enough to have creme brulee in Paris and it was amazing! And now without further ado...
