Cafe Ile St Louis, Paris Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

We arrived in America and drove to Las Vegas (5 hour drive!) and we arrived just after dinner time, we dropped our bags off into our room and decided to look around the place for some dinner and then go to bed and crash!

Paris, Las Vegas is full of lots of little sandwich and pastry shops but we found Cafe Ile St Louis overlooking the casino floor. The Paris, Las Vegas has built the inside to look like the streets of Paris, the walkways are cobblestones, the roof is painted forever dusk.

I didn't take this photo but it gives you an idea of what it looks like.

We stopped by this little French Restaurant (yes because they served Creme Brulee) - and I forgot to take a photo of the Creme Brulee before I started eating it.

This Creme Brulee was terrible, it tasted like the eggs were powder and yuck! I would definitely NOT go back to this one. It just tasted wrong, I'm not sure if it was too many days old or what but the eggs just did not taste right - it tasted like it was powdered egg or something,. Disappointing considering I was in a French themed Casino/Hotel, this was a Vanilla flavoured Creme Brulee. We dined here in January 2012.
